Delivery
Unless otherwise stated in the offer, we will ship the goods within 2 working days after receipt of payment via DHL.
We deliver free of charge within Germany or within the European Union for € 15,-

Return
We wish our customers a lot of joy with the ordered articles. If you are not satisfied with your order, you have the right to return the goods to us.
Please contact us by email before returning the goods. This will prevent you from incurring unnecessary costs.
Please note the following points:
- Always enclose a copy of the invoice with the shipment.
- Make sure that the goods are returned unused and well packaged.
- Return the goods to the following address: HEMLEY Moese & Schwartz GmbH, Onlineshop, Hülser Str. 335, 47803 Krefeld. Failure to comply with the above points does not restrict your right of withdrawal!
Please be aware that you will bear the shipping costs for the return.
In the event of a complaint, we will always pay the shipping costs.
