With the shown knitting machine, we can produce about 16 knit-ties per hour. Up to four different colours can be used in one design. Each thread of a colour is spun from 8 individual threads, which also can be all from different colours. This option is perfect to create the morst beautiful melange colours. After the knitting process, the ties are sewn together on their backside to form a tube. They are then drawn on to wooden latches for 24 hours to assure that they are getting into tie shape, so no ironing is needed. At last, both ends are closed by hand, a velvet-neckband is applied and the labels are fastened. But please see for yourself. Enjoy:
