In this film we show how our ties are made. First, the outer fabric and the interlining are cut using a template. In the following step, the lining and the quality and care label are inserted. Then the outer fabric and interlining are sewn together on a special tie sewing machine. After sewing, the blank is turned over and ironed. Then the fabric loop is added and the tie is closed on both sides with a bar-tag and our Hemley label is sewn on. The last step is ironing by hand. The shape and width of the tie depends on the customer’s wishes.
